Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that things can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing it. While we aim to process orders swiftly, we can still assist with returns for a full refund once your order arrives. Your peace of mind matters to us!

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling, and keep in mind that we process orders Monday through Friday. While we strive to be quick, holiday and sale seasons may cause slight delays. Rest assured, your Loommii experience is our priority.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and varying locations, your order may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. In most cases, though, your Loommii package should arrive within two weeks, bringing a moment of zen right to your home.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, don’t worry—you’re eligible for a full refund. Just reach out, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

We want to ensure your experience with Loommii is nothing but serene. If you’ve received an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please email us with your order number, photos, and any relevant details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible so you can continue your mindfulness journey uninterrupted.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

To ensure quicker delivery, items may be shipped separately from the nearest available stock, meaning you could receive multiple packages. Don’t worry—all your items are on their way.
