Where We Ship
Every loommii order is hand-picked, packed, and shipped from our workshop in China. We currently offer reliable, tracked shipping to:
- USA
- Australia
- New Zealand
Shipping Fees
Free tracked shipping on orders over $40, or a $3.99 flat rate.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared with care within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, this may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Typically 6–12 business days (around 1–3 weeks for most regions). All orders are shipped via SF International with a tracking number provided.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you're eligible for a full refund — just email us at contact@loommii.com.
Delivery & Address Accuracy
Once tracking shows your order as delivered, it's considered complete. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout — loommii isn't responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, we can re-ship it once the additional shipping cost is covered.
Taxes & Duties
Product prices are listed in USD. For most orders, no additional customs fees apply. However, local authorities may apply taxes, customs duties, or service charges on some orders — these remain the responsibility of the recipient. loommii does not refund shipping charges for packages rejected due to local customs fees.
