At loommii, we take pride in the care and craftsmanship behind every piece. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

All prices in USD. This policy works alongside our Shipping & Returns page, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

To keep our operations lean and our prices fair, loommii doesn't offer standard change-of-mind returns. If you'd still like to return an item, please email us first at contact@loommii.com — return shipping and courier choice are the customer's responsibility, and the item must meet the conditions below.

Condition for any return:

  • Finished Pieces: Unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • DIY Kits: Unopened and unused. We can't accept kits once the weaving cord has been cut or weaving has begun.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Handmade Variance

Please inspect your order on arrival. A length variance of ±3mm is a natural characteristic of hand-woven pieces and isn't considered a defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at contact@loommii.com with a photo — no need to send anything back right away. We'll look into it and make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like something different, the fastest way is to contact us about your current order, then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved (for an eligible cancellation, return, or a damaged/incorrect item), we'll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it to your account.
