Shipping Information
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy times like holidays or sales, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery times typically range from 1–3 weeks, depending on your location. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses. If you receive more than one package, don’t worry—everything is on its way.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Flat Fee Shipping — Add More, Pay Less Per Piece. These costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just email us at contact@loommii.com, and we’ll take care of it.
Taxes & Customs
All our product prices are tax-inclusive, no matter where you are. The price you see is the final price—no additional customs fees, duties, or taxes will be charged upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)
To start a return, contact us at contact@loommii.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be in the original condition—unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it might take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
