Designed in New Zealand, Hand-picked & Shipped by loommii’s Studio in China. By combining New Zealand’s creative spirit with the world-class craftsmanship and logistics efficiency of our studio in China, we bring you high-quality DIY kits with a global soul.

Processing Time: Most orders are prepared with care within 1–3 business days. Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 weeks (around 2 weeks for most regions). All packages are shipped via SF International with a tracking number provided. Delivery Guarantee: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations: We offer a full refund if you cancel before your order is handed over to our courier.

Address Changes: We can update your address for free before shipping. If already shipped, we will try to contact the courier to redirect, but success is not guaranteed. Please verify your address at checkout.

Item Changes: We do not swap items in orders. Please request a cancellation and re-order if you wish to change your selection.
Why only these locations?
As a growing boutique studio, we currently focus on these regions to ensure Tax & Fee Transparency, Shipping Stability, and high-quality service for our core community during our start-up phase. Note: Local authorities may apply taxes or service charges for large orders. These remain the responsibility of the recipient. loommii does not refund shipping charges for packages rejected due to local customs fees.
Returns & Solutions
To keep our operations lean and our prices accessible, loommii does not currently offer a standard "return and refund" service for change-of-mind or rejected packages. However, we care deeply about your experience:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your kit arrives damaged or defective, let us know at contact@loommii.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds (cancellations or damaged items) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
