To ensure the best experience, we currently focus on shipping to: New Zealand, USA, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR. We chose these regions to guarantee stable delivery and transparent tax policies.

loommii is a global studio. Our kits are designed in New Zealand and hand-picked & shipped from our studio in China. This allows us to combine creative soul with world-class craftsmanship and efficient logistics.

Typically 1–3 weeks (around 2 weeks for most regions). All packages are shipped via SF International with a tracking number so you can follow your kit's journey.

Don’t worry—if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us at contact@loommii.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal, so you can choose whichever method feels easiest for you.

Most orders are prepared with care within 1–3 business days. During busy holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive for speed.

For most orders in our 5 supported regions, prices are tax-inclusive. However, for high-value orders, local authorities may apply taxes or service charges based on local policy, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We strive to capture the true soul of every hue through professional studio photography. However, color is an alive and reactive element. It can be influenced by several factors:

• Your Screen Settings: Every device displays color, brightness, and contrast differently. Features like “True Tone” or “Night Shift” can significantly alter how a color appears.
• Ambient Lighting: Our pieces are Woven to Resonate with their environment. A vibrant red like Ember Petal may glow with intense energy under direct sunlight but appear as a deep, grounded burgundy in a dimly lit room.
• Color Temperature: The warmth or coolness of your indoor lighting (Yellow vs. White light) will change the mood of the cords and hardware.

We believe this "visual dance" is part of the charm of a hand-crafted piece—it doesn't just sit there; it reacts to your world.

Cancellations: We offer a full refund if you cancel before your order is handed to our courier.

Address Changes: We can update your address for free before shipping. If already shipped, we will try to redirect it, but success is not guaranteed.

Modifications: We cannot swap items within an order. If you need a different kit, please request a cancellation (if not yet shipped) and place a new order.

We handle the sourcing so you can focus on the creating—saving you from the hassle of mismatched materials and unnecessary waste.It is the perfect, stress-free start for beginners, and a fresh curation of textures for the experienced.

It is simple but intentional. Our "Two-Move Method" and video tutorials ensure you find your rhythm quickly.

Most of our hand-woven bracelets feature an adjustable sliding knot or a specific length (e.g., 16cm).

• Handmade Variance: Please note that as each piece is individually hand-woven, there may be a slight length variance of ± 3mm.
• Natural Elasticity: Due to the rhythmic nature of the weave, these bracelets possess a subtle, natural elasticity—allowing them to gently adapt and "give" for a snug, comfortable fit.
• Check Before Ordering: We highly recommend checking the 'Sizing' section on each product page for specific measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

Every finished piece is hand-woven by the same skilled hands in our China studio that curate our DIY kits. It’s not just a product, but a completed ritual shared from our studio to your wrist.

While our high-density cord is durable, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming or showering to preserve the luster of the polished hardware and the integrity of the weave.

To keep our boutique studio sustainable, we do not offer standard returns for "change of mind." However, we care deeply about your satisfaction—if something isn't right, please contact us. We believe there’s always a solution that can make us all happy.

We want your experience to be serene. If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@loommii.com with your order number and a photo. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
